Common email server errors

java.net.SocketTimeoutException: The email server is not responding as expected. This is known to be caused by either of the following:
- Exchange servers have Message Throttling – A significant number of queued emails may be sent within a short period of time depending on the number of users, alerts, and reports, causing throttling to engage.
- The network cannot transfer the data to the mail server within the specified time interval in the mail server timeout
- Inbound rules in the network security group (Network Network Deny) on the application are blocking the incoming email server acknowledgment message
