vScope’s CSV exports are encoded in UTF-8. If you see wierd symbols when opening it in Excel, it’s probably caused by the settings in Excel.

Follow these steps to open the export correctly in Microsoft Excel:

  1. Open Microsoft Excel.
  2. Click on the “Data” menu.
  3. Click on “Get Data” -> “From File” -> “From Text/CSV”.
  4. Open the CSV export.
